We are marketing the products under the trade name " BIO - TEC " in sizes with capacity from 500 liters per week and up to more than 140.000 liters per week.
We test and make custom made solutions for Your demand.

 

Product information

The machines are made in stainless steel. The agitation is made by a vertical direct driven agitator. Aeration is made by a fan. Controlling and steering is made by a PLC. Direct heating slings under the machine securing for the process optimal temperature. The heating system together with microbe-activity guaranties that the process reach the temperature of at least 70 degrees C in at least one hour (normally 12 - 24 hours ) according to the EU-rules for animal by-products.

The organic material is loaded into a sealed hatch, hopper or inlet for screw feeding. When ready the processed material will automatically be discharged through the outlet by a screw.
